PURPOSE: A multi-functional switch is provided to allow for an integrated management of power system and reduce manufacturing costs by arranging a black-out control switch on the multi-functional switch mounted on the left side of a steering handle. CONSTITUTION: A multi-functional switch(2) is mounted on the left side of a steering handle(1) of a vehicle so as to turn on/off a tail light and a head light of the vehicle. A black-out control switch(3) of a button type is mounted on the end of the multi-functional switch. The black-out control switch is maintained at the turn-off state in a normal time, so as to control turn-on/off operation of the tail light and the head light through the multi-functional switch. When the black-out control switch is turned on upon occurrence of black-out condition, a first black-out control light or a second black-out control light is selectively turned on in accordance with the rotation of the multi-functional switch which rotates to turn on/off the tail light or the head light.
