BAKING MACHINE CAPABLE OF AUTOMATICALLY STOPPING THE CATCH FOR HANGING THE BOTH ENDS OF A SEALING PACK AND CONTROL METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: Provided are a baking machine which automatically stops the catch for hanging the both ends of a sealing pack which is arranged on the kneading drum and contains baking materials within the determined angle range of the front space in the determined step and a control method thereof. CONSTITUTION: The baking machine includes: a body, forming an oven chamber; an upper and lower kneading drum, arranged inside the oven chamber in a distanced manner from each other, and having a catch which hangs both ends of a sealing pack for containing baking materials; and a drum drive, driving the upper and lower kneading drum. The method for controlling the baking machine includes steps of: inputting(S10) the initial power; rotating(S11) the upper kneading drum by a determined angle; detecting(S13) the position of the catch of the upper kneading drum; and stopping(S15) the catch within the determined angle range of the front space.
