摘要 PURPOSE: To provide an advanced water purification apparatus in which membrane filtering part is not clogged, and consumption of disinfectant is constantly maintained in the following disinfection treatment step irrespective of water quality fluctuations of raw water to be treated, and a advanced water purification method using the same. CONSTITUTION: The advanced water purification apparatus comprises a membrane filtering part (6) comprising a filter membrane for filtering organic contaminants; and a photocatalytic oxidation part (4) installed in front of the membrane filtering part, wherein the apparatus further comprises a disinfection treatment part, wherein the filter membrane of the membrane filtering part is a ultrafiltration membrane or nanofiltration membrane having a molecular weight cutoff of 80,000 daltons or more, treated water turbidity of 0.1 NTU or less and filtering capacity of 20 particles larger than 2 μm or more/mL or less, and wherein the photocatalytic oxidation part comprises a photocatalytic module formed by stacking a plural glass rods or plates coated with photocatalyst with being spaced apart from each other in a certain distance, and a ultraviolet lamp.
