PURPOSE: A domain crossing circuit is provided to prevent the abnormal operation by time difference due to processes, voltages and temperatures by reflecting the sensed flight time on the control of the domain crossing device. CONSTITUTION: A domain crossing circuit includes a first output enable signal generation unit(910), a domain crossing unit(920), a second output enable signal generation unit(930), a data control unit(940), a data output control unit(950) and a plurality of data arrangement signal generation units(960,970). The first output enable signal generation unit(910) generates an initial output enable signal synchronized with the inner clock signal. The domain crossing unit(920) senses the phase appropriate for the CL activated by the sense start signal and the inner clock signal and generates the output enable clock signal by selecting one of the upward DLL clock signal and the downward DLL clock signal. The second output enable signal generation unit(930) generates a plurality of output enable signals by receiving the initial output enable signal and the output enable clock signal. The data control unit(940) receives the output signal of the second output enable signal generation unit(930) and set the enable period to output the data synchronized with the external clock signal. The data output control unit(950) receives the output signal of the second output enable signal generation unit(930) and sets the enable period to output the data strobe signal synchronized with the external clock signal. And, the plurality of data arrangement signal generation units(960,970) controls the arrangement of the data in response to the address signal based on the sensing result of the domain crossing unit(920).
