PURPOSE: An electric mat is provided, which divides a heating zone into many to heat the special part of the human body selectively by controlling each divided heating zone independently. CONSTITUTION: The electric mat is a mat for two persons having two heating zones longitudinally or a mat for one person having one heating zone, wherein each heating zone is divided into many regions transversely. In each divided heating zone(21A)(21B)(22A)(22B), an electrothermal wire(31A)(31B)(32A)(32B) is arranged, wherein each electrothermal wire(31A)(31B)(32A)(32B) is controlled independently by a temperature controller.
