PURPOSE: An image forming device capable of disk-printing is provided to add a function of printing desired contents or design on a disk surface in addition to a function of printing a paper with a simple configuration, thereby reducing a manufacturing cost and a maintenance cost. CONSTITUTION: An ink cartridge(13) is mounted on a printer(10), and a carrier(14) horizontally moves. A printed paper transferring feed roller(21) is installed in a lower central area of the carrier(14). A driving motor rotates the printed paper transferring feed roller(21). A disk printing device(40) is operated by a rotational force of the feed roller(21). The disk printing device(40) is disposed under the carrier(14) opposite to a maintenance station(17) at an interval of the feed roller(21).
