PURPOSE: A system and method for generating induced electromotive force with wave energy of wind and surge and kinetic energy of flow is provided to produce electric energy by generating induced electromotive force to a stator coil conductor in moving a movable body up and down by wind and surge and in rotating the movable body by rotating a longitudinal flow driving fan. CONSTITUTION: A movable body induction cylinder(4) is formed in the middle of a stator coil conductor(5), and a movable body(2) is moved up and down by wind and surge. An upper hollow buoyancy container(1) is detachably assembled with the upper part of the movable body. The movable body is restricted from being submerged by buoyancy in the upper hollow buoyancy, and buoyancy to the movable body is improved by a hollow(3) between longitudinal and horizontal permanent magnets(9,11) combined with a longitudinal flow driving fan(8) by a driving fan assembling part(7). The movable body is inserted to the movable body induction cylinder.
