PURPOSE: A car door window regulator is provided to operate smoothly by preventing buckling by supporting a coil spring to a cylinder and an inner holder without changing the axis line of a cylinder and an inner holder, to heighten durability by preventing overload of a motor by operating a cable holder smoothly and to promote the convenience by operating manually with small strength. CONSTITUTION: The car door window regulator comprises the steps of: coupling a carrier plate where door glass is installed to a regulator channel to slide and reciprocate; connecting wires(4,4') of a cable(3) to the carrier plate vertically to wind around a drum or a reel installed on a housing(7) through guide holders installed on the upper and lower parts of the regulator channel and to rotate the drum forward and backward by a motor; placing tubes(5,5') to the outside between the guide holders of the wires(4,4') and the housing(7) to make one end fixed to the guide holders and the other end supported to the housing(7); forming a cylinder(20) to both sides of the housing(7); fixing tubes(5,5') to the cylinder(20); and installing guide projections(22,22') to the outside at regular intervals and inserting an inner holder(21), which is wound with a coil spring(23) to be supported to the guide projection(22), to make the coil spring(23) in contact with the inside of the cylinder(20). |
