PURPOSE: Provided are methods for culturing grains and vegetables in the four seasons by using dried rice stalks, prepared dried herbs, sawdust, fertilizer and insecticide, thereby effectively culturing grains and vegetables in the four seasons. CONSTITUTION: The method for culturing grains and vegetables in the four seasons comprises the steps of: cutting dried rice stalks and dried herbs; mixing the prepared dried rice stalks, prepared dried herbs, sawdust, fertilizer and insecticide; inserting the mixture into a fertilizer plate manufacturing machine; adding the feces of animals and human, wheat flour gruel, and other dried herbs into the mixture; sterilizing the mixture; shaping the fertilizer plate; drying the fertilizer plate at 100 to 150 deg. C; spraying seeds of grains on the fertilizer plate; and culturing the seed containing fertilizer plate in water in a rice field.
