PURPOSE: A healthful mat is provided, which is useful for human bodies and keeps air of a room fresh by mounting a plurality of anion generating devices on the upper part of the mat. CONSTITUTION: The healthful mat contains the anion generating devices, wherein the anion generating device(60) contains: a semi-spherical cover body(10) fixed to the upper proper part of the mat and having a ring type support flange(11) on the lower part of the cover body(10) as one body; an anion emitting hole(20) punched in the center of the upper part of the cover body(10); a plurality of vent holes(30) punched at regular intervals on the lower part of the cover body(10) to flow air of the outside to the inside; a charge emitting needle(40) fixed on the mat to be placed inside the cover body(10), wherein the end of the charge emitting needle(40) faces the anion emitting hole(20); a high voltage oscillator connected electrically to the charge emitting needle(40) and applying a high voltage to the charge emitting needle(40).
