摘要 PURPOSE: A circular array antenna apparatus is provided to achieve improved accuracy of position measurement in a phase array antenna. CONSTITUTION: A circular array antenna apparatus comprises a plurality of antennas(10) arranged at a regular interval on a circular printed circuit board(20). Each of the antennas has an output terminal connected to the contact of an antenna switch(21). The output contact of the antenna switch is connected to the balance input terminal of a balance-unbalance converting feeder line radially arranged toward the center of the circular printed circuit board. The output terminal of the balance-unbalance converting feeder line is connected to the input terminal of a multi-contact power distributor switch which is arranged at the center of the circular printed circuit board. The output terminal of the balance-unbalance converting feeder line is connected to the input terminal of a soft switch gate through the output port arranged at the center of the rear surface of the circular printed circuit board. The output terminal of the soft switch gate is connected to an external output connector. The antenna switch and the power distributor switch are connected in accordance with the antenna connection pulse signal of a control circuit in such a manner that the bearing angle is determined by the doppler pulse phase signal generated when the antennas relatively change positions with respect to the incident wave.
