PURPOSE: A visitor identification method using a mobile communication terminal and a real-time door lock control method using a DTMF signal at an engaged state are provided to identify a visitor by performing a video communication process between a host and the visitor. CONSTITUTION: A MOBELL system(100) connects a visitor to an external user if a user is absent when a visitor pushes a calling button. A home server(200) is connected to the MOBELL system in order to store a calling history and captured images of the visitor. The home server is used for storing visiting contents when a host is not connected to the visitor. A door lock(300) is used for controlling a gate. An external network is used for connecting the MOBELL system to a mobile communication terminal or a wire telephone. A user telephone(600) is used for performing a video communication process for identifying the visitor.
