<p>PURPOSE: Provided is a two-step garbage dryer which is able to recover heat discharged from the dryer and has good electric heat efficiency of a heat exchanger and durability. CONSTITUTION: After garbage is put in a hopper (6) and pre-heated by a vapor condensing pipe (12), the garbage is gone into a first rotary drum dryer (2a) through an opening part (7) of a fixing device (4a) of a first drying chamber and discharged moisture by heat conducted through a pipe (1a), where combustion gas passes. The moisture decreased garbage at the first drying chamber is transferred to a second drying chamber through a perforation hole (8) of a partitioning wall between fixing devices (5a,4b), where the garbage is dried to have desired moisture content by being contact with a pipe (1b), discharged through an opening part (9) and then baled at an exit (9a). The moisture generated from the first drying chamber is passed through a fan (11) and condensed through the hopper, where the latent heat thereof is used for pre-heating the garbage and then discharged through an outlet (12). The combustion gas is passed through a duct inlet (13) and a fan (13a), preheated at a rotary electric heat exchanger (14) and becomes high temperature combustion gas at a burner (15). After the high temperature combustion gas passed through the first drying chamber and the second drying chamber is mixed with outside air flown in through an inlet (17), it is passed through an opening part (18) and then flown in the second drying chamber. The high temperature air with high humidity discharged through an opening part (19) of the second drying chamber is changed into air for combustion at the rotary electric heat exchanger and discharged through an outlet (21).</p> |
