The invention relates to the medicine, namely to the method for reinforcing the removable plastic dentures. The method comprises adapting the wire according to the shape of the alveolar process. The wire should extend out of the edges of the pattern. Then the wax pattern is prepared followed by the preparation of plaster cast in the dental flask. The ends of the wire are bent beforehand in perpendicular to the flask cover. The fiberglass braid or the braid made of three fiberglass, polyethylene or Kevlar bands is put onto the wire. The plaster is isolated, and the both half-parts of the dental flask are filled with plastic. Into the openings in the plaster, the reinforcement element is inserted with its clinches. Then the polymerization follows. The ends of the wire extending out of the basis of the prepared denture are cut off.
