PURPOSE: A device for quickly tightening and loosening a fastening bolt of a tire for a vehicle is provided to tighten and release the fastening bolt easily and to tighten and release the fastening bolt quickly and exactly. CONSTITUTION: In a device for quickly tightening and loosening a fastening bolt of a tire for a vehicle, a bolt head shaft(1) is connected to a large spur gear(2) and is fitted to a plate(4) loosely and then a retaining ring(5) is assembled in a state of enabling smooth rotation. A small spur gear(7) is engaged with the large spur gear and is connected a connection shaft(8) by a bolt and is fitted to the plate loosely and then a retaining ring(9) is assembled in a state of enabling smooth rotation. A lever(10) is fitted to a pierced groove of the connection shaft and is rotated in a desired direction for tightening and loosening. The lever is easily fitted and separated to/from the pierced groove of the connection shaft.
