PURPOSE: A reproduction method of a drum for a photosensitive body and a reproduction drum thereof are provided to remove foreign substance stained on a surface of a waste drum while coating the surface of the waste drum with a coating agent, and to perform a drying process to harden the coating agent, thereby obtaining a clearer image. CONSTITUTION: A drum(10) for a photosensitive body is separated from a waste toner cartridge, to remove foreign substance stained on a surface of the drum(10). A coating agent is coated on the surface of the drum(10). The coating agent is coated to be about 0.4 micrometer in thickness. A coating layer(12) is naturally dried to be hardened. The surface of the waste drum(10) is covered by the coating layer(12) to smoothly reproduce the surface of the drum(10).
