PURPOSE: Provided is an acupressure device for a neck to relax a neck muscle by performing the acupressure about the stiff back portion of the neck; to refresh a user by spreading the herbal fragrance as contained in the device; and to be easily used and carried. CONSTITUTION: The acupressure device for a neck comprises two pipe members(2a,2b); a hinge unit(6a,6b) for connecting one end of each pipe member to be rotatable; and one or more acupressure units formed at a predetermined position of the pipe member. The acupressure units include handles(3a,3b) with acupressure needles, respectively, projection acupressure members(4a,4b), and acupressure projections(5a,5b).
