PURPOSE: A pole structure of a one-touch type folding tent is provided to fold up a tent conveniently by shifting the location of a hinge pin downward, to improve productivity and to supply with low price by simplifying the assembling work for the structure of a plate spring. CONSTITUTION: The pole structure of a one-touch type folding tent comprises a folder(10), many poles(20) connected radially from the folder, a joint unit(30) installed to fold up the poles(20) in 2 or 3 joints, and a tent cloth(40) surrounding to form an internal space using the poles(20). The joint unit(30) comprises a joint member fixed to the lower end of a pole(21) and provided with a hinge projection to have a longitudinal long hole, a joint member fixed to the upper end of a pole(22) and provided with a semicircle to cover up a portion of the joint member, a hinge pin inserted to the long hole through the semicircle, and a plate spring whose one end is inserted to the joint member and the other end pushes the joint member in the semicircle.
