PURPOSE: Provided is an exercise device for acupressure, in which a user easily controls the strength of acupressure easily as needed so that the user easily obtains sufficient effects of the acupressure, without limitation in a posture of the user or a surrounding environment. CONSTITUTION: The exercise device for acupressure comprises a bar member(10) and a plurality of acupressure rollers(11a,11b). The bar member(10) made of flexible materials to be bent has a predetermined shape and a predetermined length so that a user grasps at least one side. The acupressure rollers(11a,11b) are mounted to be rotatable at predetermined intervals in the longitudinal direction of the bar member(10) so that the rollers are, in a pressurized state, in contact with a predetermined part of a human body. The exercise device includes an auxiliary bar member, a plurality of auxiliary acupressure rollers, an attachment/detachment unit for controlling the space between the bar member and the auxiliary bar member.
