This invention relates to ammunition, in particular to guided rocket arms. A shot with controlled missile comprises guided shell equipped at the back section with protective pallet with obturator ring, and connected to it by means of mechanism of fixation of knock-out unit, this includes the body with capsule plug and initiation charge and knock-out charge placed in the body. On the body of the knock-out unit with long central channel pyrotechnical retarders of flame transfer are placed, those with their inlets through radial openings in the body are connected to the central valve, and with the outlets are connected to the knock-out charge. In the central channel movable piston is hermetically installed, this in initial position separates part of the cavity of the central channel adjoining the initiating charge from the radial openings and from the inlets of pyrotechnical retarders of flame transfer, respectively. This invention makes it possible to make the body of the charge with thinner walls, thus with smaller mass, and the mass of the fighting section to increase, respectively.
