PURPOSE: A corona-charging apparatus for fabrication of a negatively charged barrier membrane for medical use is provided to accelerate an ossification due to a negative charge which a charged material has. CONSTITUTION: The corona-charging apparatus for fabrication of a negatively charged barrier membrane comprises a direct current high voltage device(1), a high voltage maintenance resistance(2a), a variable resistance(2b), a split voltage resistance(2c), a voltmeter(3) and an electrode system working part(4) for controlling a distance between the elements and an applied voltage. The electrode system working part comprises a needle electrode(5), a nickel mesh grid(6) and an aluminum plate(7).
