PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a preflex beam without the loss of compressed prestress is provided to prevent the loss of prestress after placing preflexion and to make a steel flange and casing concrete move together after hardening delay agents and casing concrete completely. CONSTITUTION: The manufacturing method of a preflex beam without the loss of compressed prestress comprises the steps of applying delay adhesives(30) on the whole outside of a steel flange(10) before placing concrete preflex casing concrete(20), and paving delay mortar(40) around a shear key(50) at the appointed thickness to prevent transformation by dry shrinkage and creep when curing the casing concrete surface by a steel flange(10) and a shear key(50).
