PURPOSE: A cooker for radiating far-infrared rays and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to simplify manufacturing process and reduce manufacturing costs. CONSTITUTION: A cooker for radiating far-infrared rays is composed of a cooker body(10) for containing food, far-infrared radiating materials(15) disposed at a cooking surface of the cooker body, and a powder coating layer(17). The powder coating layer is formed at the cooking surface, and fixes the far-infrared radiating materials to the cooking surface.
