摘要 PURPOSE: To accurately and promptly judge gas distribution in blast furnace in real time by installing manometers at respective positions on a plurality of cross sondes installed on an upper inner part of the blast furnace and comparing pressure values detected at the respective positions with preset upper and lower limit values per the respective positions, thereby displaying gas flow patterns per the respective positions. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus comprises a plurality of cross sondes comprising a plural manometers for respectively detecting pressure per positions of central part, intermediate part and circumferential part in blast furnace; an operation part (510) for respectively operating the mean of pressure detection values detected at the manometers per the respective positions for each of the cross sonde; a differential amplification part (520) for outputting the amplified signal by amplifying a deviation signal between the operated pressure mean values per the respective positions and preset pressure values per the respective positions; a lower limit detection part (540) for detecting a lower pressure limit by comparing the deviation signal of the differential amplification part with set lower limit values per corresponding positions; an upper limit detection part (550) for detecting an upper pressure limit by comparing the deviation signal of the differential amplification part with set upper limit values per the corresponding positions; a control part (560) for judging gas distribution according to pressure values detected per the corresponding positions by receiving respective detection signals of the lower limit detection part and the upper limit detection part and outputting gas distribution judgement signals as signals per corresponding positions of the blast furnace; and a display part (570) for displaying gas distribution according to corresponding positions by receiving the signals per positions of the control part.
