PURPOSE: An air conditioner interlock-type air extractor grille device for a vehicle is provided to intercept of incoming of external noise or contaminant by installing double dampers of a motor-driven type. CONSTITUTION: An air conditioner interlock-type air extractor grille device(10) for a vehicle comprises a damper structure of a motor-driven type including intake and vent dampers(11,12) operated in connection with fresh and recirculation modes of a door window switch and a heater control device. The damper structure comprises a three-stage link structure by the operation of driving motors(30,31). The damper structure includes first and second links(41,42) rotating link fixing points(40a); third links(43) each having a guide slot(43a) where the link fixing point of the second link is guided; and the dampers rotating around hinge fixing points(40b) formed to the opposite side of the guide slot.
