ORAL DOSAGE FORM OF BENZIMIDAZOLINE DERIVATIVES HAVING IMPROVED ACID STABILITY AND STORAGE STABILITY

PURPOSE: Provided is oral dosage form of benzimidazoline derivatives which have improved acid stability and storage stability. Their manufacturing process is simplified and thus they are economically manufactured. CONSTITUTION: The oral dosage form of benzimidazoline derivatives is characterized by comprising a core layer which contains 1 part by weight of benzimidazole compounds, 0.5-5 parts by weight of non-ionic surfactant and 0.1-5 parts by weight of alkalizing agent, and an enteric coating layer which covers the core layer. Therefore, the derivatives have improved acid stability and storage stability.
