PURPOSE: Provided are a tablet composition containing high content of simethicone and clebopride malate for the digestive organ and a process method thereof. The tablet composition has high stability and thus gives stable tablets for the digestive organ. CONSTITUTION: The tablet composition containing high content of simethicone for the digestive organ is characterized by containing 200-250mg of simethicone, 0.5-1.0mg of clebopride malate, 45-55mg of povidone, 170-210mg of silicon dioxide, 100-150mg of lactose, 35-40mg of amorphous cellulose, 10-30mg of corn starch, 10-30mg of sodium gluconate, 10-20mg of croscar- mellose sodium, magnesium stearate and purified water.
