摘要 PURPOSE: Provided is a transfer printing method at reduced pressure using an adhesive, which permits a design off-set printed on a transfer paper to be applied on a material to be printed with high fineness, clearness and durability. CONSTITUTION: The transfer printing method at reduced pressure using an adhesive comprises the steps of: applying a mixed solvent of gum arabic and glycerin on a paper(12); off-set printing letters and designs on the paper(12) with POP ink to form a print layer(14); screen printing a coating solution containing a defoaming agent, an acrylic monomer and a mixed solvent of toluene with cyclohexanone on the paper to form a coating layer(16); applying an oily adhesive on the paper to form an adhesive coating layer(18) and to complete a transfer paper(10); wetting the transfer paper with water, covering the wetted transfer paper on a material to be printed and applying a desired pressure to perform a transfer process; and removing the transfer paper, washing the adhesive and then drying the resultant printed material.
