PURPOSE: Provided is a device for sterilizing a cooling tower which sterilizes cooling water in a water tank and prevents contamination of the cooling tower and pipes. CONSTITUTION: The device comprises a body (12) having an inner containing space, a dust filter (16) connected to an air pump and removing foreign materials from air supplied from the air pump, a carbon filter (17) connected to the dust filter and increasing dissolved oxygen in the air passed through the dust filter and an ozonizer (18) connected to the carbon filter, sterilizing the air passed through the carbon filter and supplying the sterilized air to a water storage tank (4) and pipes.
