PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cosmetic powder which has smooth, light and moist feeling with excellent water repellency, and is excellent in adhesion to the skin.SOLUTION: A silicone gel surface treated cosmetic powder is a cosmetic powder with a surface treated with silicone gel in which a diorganopolysiloxane having both reactive terminals and an organopolysiloxane containing at least one of a silane coupling agent and a reactive organopolysiloxane that have two hydrolyzable groups or more in one molecule as a crosslinking agent are hydrolyzed/condensed. The silicone gel includes a micro three dimensional crosslinked structure of the diorganopolysiloxane in which a strain ratio of the silicone gel is 17% at 25°C, complex elastic modulus thereof is 3,000-100,000 Pa by the dynamic viscoelasticity measurement at 4 Hz shear frequency with 1.0-2.5 of the loss coefficient tanδ, and a measurement value of the silicone gel is 0 by the measurement method of durometer type AO.SELECTED DRAWING: None |
