PURPOSE: An induction heating cooker is provided to selectively cook rice or boil foods through controlling part, and to increase taste of food by providing a flavor reductor on a cover frame. CONSTITUTION: A main frame case(1) of an induction heating apparatus has an induction heating coil(6), an interior cook-pot, a cover frame(2), a controller(8), and an operator(9). The interior cook-pot of which upper part is openable is heated by the induction heating coil. The cover frame covers an opening portion of the interior cook-pot so that opening and closing is easy. The controller controls the induction heating coil, and the operator operates the controller. The controller has a control pattern for rice-cooking and boiling which are constituted to be selectable by the controller. A steam out hole is provided to penetrate through the cover frame, and a flavor reductor(20) reduces a flavor to the interior cook-pot.
