PURPOSE: A 2-stage parking system is provided to reciprocate an upper pallet stably by primary and secondary movable links installed on a vertical frame and to park various vehicles possibly on a lower pallet by rotating primary and secondary movable links around a vertical frame not to increase a turning radius of an upper pallet and to install high. CONSTITUTION: The 2-stage parking system comprises: a pair of lower frames(100) installed on the ground at the appointed interval; a lower pallet(130) installed between the lower frames(100) and provided with wheels to move for make vehicles get in and out; a primary shift unit installed to the lower frame(100) to promote the movement of the lower pallet(130); a vertical frame(110) installed vertically to one end of each lower frame(100); upper and lower horizontal frames(120,122) connecting upper and lower ends of each vertical frame(100); a pair of primary and secondary movable links(150,152) installed on the lower part of each vertical frame(110) to be movable; a connecting link(160) hinged on the upper end and both sides of primary and secondary movable links(150,152) to be reciprocated; an upper pallet(170) fixed horizontally to the lower end of the connecting link(160) to make vehicles get in and out; and a secondary shift unit connected to the connecting link(160) by a wire and installed on both sides of the vertical and horizontal frames to reciprocate the upper pallet(170).
