JIG FOR FORMING NOTCHES ON MACHINE PARTS, WHICH ARE CONNECTING ROD AND PISTON ROD FOR VESSEL ENGINES, HAVING STEPPED SHAPE

PURPOSE: To provide a jig capable of performing an operation of forming notches on a material for the parts more safely, accurately and efficiently when forging and thus fabricating machine parts such as connecting rod or piston rod for vessel engines. CONSTITUTION: The jig comprises a support (10) which can be connected to an upper die of press unit for forming notches on a material for the parts when forging and thus fabricating machine parts having a bump, and at one side of which guiding parts (11) facing each other are formed; and a pair of movable bodies (20,30) which are assembled between the guiding parts on the support in such a way that movement of the pair of movable bodies along the guiding parts is adjusted, and the pair of movable bodies are fixed, and the cross sectional surface of which notch forming parts (21,31) are formed.
