PURPOSE: A foot-driven parking brake of a vehicle is provided to prevent an accident by preventing friction and interference between a spring tube and a release cable in operating the parking brake and making the operation and the release action of the parking brake smooth. CONSTITUTION: A foot-driven parking brake of a vehicle comprises a release handle(4); a guide bracket(8) combined to the rear end of the release handle; a handle body(9) connected to the rear end of the release handle; a spring tube(21) one end of which is inserted and combined in the outer peripheral surface of the handle body and the other end is inserted and combined in the outer peripheral surface of a body part(11a) of a fixing bracket(11) combined to a body; a pair of pipe members(23,25) each inserted and fastened in the handle body and the body part of the fixing bracket, to fix both ends of the spring tube and prevent separation of the spring tube; and a release unit comprising a release cable(5) one end of which is connected to the end of the guide bracket and the other end is connected to a release lever by successively through the handle body, the spring tube, and the fixing bracket without interference.
