PURPOSE: Provided is a multi-functional book holder which is capable of firmly holding a book to enable a user to read the book without inconvenience in any posture including a reclined posture, and a lying posture. CONSTITUTION: The multi-functional book holder comprises: a front holder panel(2); a rear holder panel(3); a holder top portion(4); and a holder bending portion(5), wherein the book holder is made of a resilient material and firmly fixes a book through angle adjustment so that the book is not separated from the book holder irrespective of the size, thickness or weight of the book.
