PURPOSE: A battery detaching device is provided to perform a function of lifting up a battery from a body of an electronic apparatus where the battery is attached, when the battery is detached from the body, so that a user can easily detach the battery from the apparatus. CONSTITUTION: When a battery(2) is attached to a body(1), a battery projection(6) is inserted into a groove of the body(1). In case the inserted battery projection(6) is rotatively pressed, a spring(4) is compressed to push a locking projection(3), so that the battery(2) is attached. When the battery(2) is detached from the body(1), the locking projection(3) is pushed in lower direction to which the battery(2) is installed. If the locking projection(3) is out of a locking groove(7), a roller part(5) emerges from an inclined surface of the battery(2) to lift up the battery(2).
