The installation has granule extractors at a lower part of a granule hopper. A storing bin stores hydraulic binder in a powder form. A mixer mixes granules, hydraulic binder and bituminous binder. A conveyor (10) extends, in a longitudinal direction of a road trailer, between the hopper and mixer. The conveyor is arranged parallel with respect to the bin having longitudinal ends below the extractors and above the mixer, respectively.
