PURPOSE: A hydraulic percussion device is provided to control the operation of a main control valve exactly by stopping the operation of an auxiliary valve by the oil spill and operating an auxiliary valve if a piston reaches the top dead center and the bottom dead center. CONSTITUTION: The hydraulic percussion device(100) contains: a cylinder(111a); a piston(112) installed to reciprocate vertically in the cylinder(111a); a piston turnover hydraulic room(117) formed by the cylinder(111a) and the piston(112) and connected to a passage(117') which is converted into a high pressure unit(115a) or a lower pressure unit(115b) to make high pressure or low pressure fluids flow in or out the piston turnover hydraulic room(117); a lower pressure room(118) formed on the lower part of the piston turnover hydraulic room(117) by the cylinder(111a) and the piston(112) and connected with passages(118',115b') which are connected to the low pressure unit(115b) to make low pressure fluids flow in and out; a high pressure room(119) formed on the lower part of the low pressure room(118) by the cylinder(111a) and the piston(112) and connected to a passage(115a') which is connected to the high pressure unit(115a) to make high pressure fluids flow in and out; a primary pilot port(118a) connected to the low pressure room(118) if the piston(112) descends below the bottom dead center and formed on the inside of the cylinder between the low pressure room(118) and the high pressure room(119) to be connected to the high pressure room(119) if the piston(112) ascends above the top dead center and connected with a passage(118a') which is connected to a signal receiving unit(114d) of a main control valve(114); a secondary pilot port(117a) installed to the inside of the cylinder between the piston turnover hydraulic room(117) and the low pressure room(118) to be connected with the piston turnover hydraulic room(117) if the piston(112) descends below the bottom dead center and connected with a passage(117a') which is connected to a signal receiving unit(136) of an auxiliary valve(130); a main control valve(114) installed on the passage(117') connected to the piston turnover hydraulic room(117) to connect by converting the passage(117') into a low pressure unit(115b) or a high pressure unit(115a); and an auxiliary valve(130) installed on passages(118',115b') connected to the low pressure room(118) to open and close the passages(118',115b').
