PURPOSE: A repair and reinforcement system is provided to increase the load carrying capacity of the deteriorated or degraded reinforced concrete structure using a repair and reinforcement system, to heighten economical efficiency by reducing the period and cost of installation for a repair and reinforcement system by repairing and reinforcing using a form, and to have excellent repair and reinforcement effects by increasing the bonding strength by a projection installed to the inside of an umbrella anchor and a repair/reinforcement system. CONSTITUTION: The repair and reinforcement system is composed of a unit reinforced FRP sidewall panel(50) and a unit reinforced FRP floor panel(40) by forming many perforated holes(11) on the surface of a reinforced concrete structure(10), then inserting a screw anchor(12), inserting an umbrella anchor(80) into the screw anchor(12), installing a unit reinforced FRP sidewall panel(50) provided with many projections(70) to a sidewall along the reinforced concrete structure(10), inserting a connection formed on the lower part of the unit reinforced FRP sidewall panel(50) to one side of a body of a connector(60), and inserting a unit reinforced FRP floor panel(40) provided with many projections(70) to the other side of the body of the connector(60) repeatedly to surround the bottom of the reinforced concrete structure(10) for repair and reinforcement from the outside.
