The system has a releaser (10) including a needle (4), a secondary loop, and an upper ring (1) coaxially integrated with the needle. The ring (1) is integrated with a lower ring (2) at a predetermined distance, by a spacer (3). The spacer is arranged according to an axis parallel to the needle. A bar placed at a bottom of the releaser, pushes the ring (2) upwards to move the needle for releasing the loop.
