<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the users of mobile telephone units to be flexibly and individually managed. <P>SOLUTION: The mobile telephone unit 1-1 with a built-in non-contact IC card transmits its own personal information to a server 1-5 through a non-contact IC card reader 1-6 when its user passes through a doorway. When the mobile telephone unit 1-1 with a built-in non-contact IC card receives its own entrance/exit permission information and restricted information from the server 1-5 through the non-contact IC card reader 1-6, the mobile telephone unit 1-1 receives by e-mail schedule/time information as to use transmitted from the server 1-5 corresponding to its receipt notification made to the server 1-5 as to its receipt of the restricted information, and the user of the mobile telephone unit 1-1 controls himself on the basis of the restricted information and schedule/time information which have been received. The server 1-5 authenticates the user of the mobile telephone unit when it receives personal information on the user from the mobile telephone unit with a built-in non-contact IC card, transmits his entrance/exit permission information and restricted information as to use after the user is authenticated, and transmits by e-mail schedule/time information concerning use when receipt notification made to its transmission of restricted information is received. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
