<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a laminate by using a base containing a solid material and by suppressing formation of indentations derived from the solid material of the base, on the surface. <P>SOLUTION: This method has a surface treating process wherein the solid material projecting from the surface of the base 10 containing this material and a thermoplastic binder resin is removed by applying a plasma discharge treatment to the surface and a molding process wherein a sheet member is stacked integrally on the surface of the surface treated base 10 simultaneously with pressure molding of the surface treated base 10. By subjecting the surface of the base 10 to the plasma discharge treatment in this method, the solid material projecting on the surface is removed and the surface can be made smoother. When the sheet member is stacked on the surface to be laminated thereon integrally, accordingly, the laminate can be manufactured, while the formation of the indentations, such as pockmarks, formed by the solid material projecting on the surface of the base 10 is suppressed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
