<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dust collection/deodorization apparatus the operational efficiency of which is improved while making a maintenance unit compact without necessitating troublesome maintenance work. <P>SOLUTION: The main body 12 of this dust collection/deodorization apparatus is divided by a partition plate 18 into two, a dust collecting chamber X and a deodorizing chamber Y. A wind blade 48 and a separation blade 26 are fit to a rotary cylinder 36 supported by the plate 18 to be freely rotated. When the blade 48 is rotated by the wind pressure of the gas A which is to be treated and is introduced into the chamber X from a compressor 32 through a gas introducing port 20, the cylinder 36 and the blade 26 are also rotated. Dust is separated from the gas A by the centrifugal force of the rotating separation blade 26 and simultaneously the dust-removed gas A is made to enter the cylinder 36 positioned in the center of a cyclone through a small entrance hole 42, to pass through the inside of the cylinder 36, and to be discharged through a small discharge hole 44 by the positive pressure of the chamber X and deodorized in the chamber Y. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
