<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a golf club which has an enlarged sweet spot area to a lower position part so as not to lower a carry even when a ball is hit by a lower part position of the face part. <P>SOLUTION: The sole part 3 of the head 1 of a driver club which is a golf club comprising a face part 4 with a hitting face, a sole part 3 to form the lower part, and a crown part 5 to form the upper part is improved. The sole part 3 near the position of the face part 4 is elastically deformable uneven shape and a part of the face part 4 is swollen out to be integrated with the sole part 3 to raise rigidity. An area between the face part 4 and the sole part 3 is made an elastically deformable part B constituted by high rigidity and low rigidity materials and, further, equipped with a high rigidity body 12 so that repulsion force at the lower part position of the face part 4 is raised to lengthen the hitting carry. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
