PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a TAB tape manufacturing method capable of preventing the generation of warp or curl in a working process for a TAB tape or a flexible printed board. SOLUTION: In the TAB tape manufacturing method including a process for heating a tape including at least a conductive layer and an insulating layer in a state of being wound around a core material or a reel, the winding radius of the outermost layer of the tape wound around the core material or the reel is≤400 mm.
