PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio wave lens antenna which is set up at a wall face or the like in the vertical direction, whose setting-up adjustment with respect to a specific communication partner is simple, and which is superior in keeping up scenery appearance and in wind resistance. SOLUTION: When a hemispherical Luneburg lens 2 formed in a dielectric, a primary radiator 7 arranged at a reflection plate 4 provided on a half cut section of the sphere of the lens and at a focus portion of the lens. and the reflection plate 4 are placed in the vertical direction to the ground, a holding portion is integrally combined with a rotatable arm 6 with a vertical line, passing through the center of the lens, set as an axis, the primary radiator 7 held by the arm by rotating the arm 6 keeps up an attitude with the center of the lens and moves on a perpendicular face to the axis and on a semicircle with the axis as the center.
