PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To assign a transmission right so that the transmission of stream data can be performed with high quality within a TXOP period. SOLUTION: The stream data transmission apparatus 32 includes a stream selecting section 56 for determining the stream data to which a transmission right is assigned next on the basis of the bands required by each of a plurality of stream data 66 and the number of times at which transmission is tried for the stream data 66, and a transmission section 60 for transmitting the plurality of stream data by dynamically switching the data according to the transmission right determined by the stream selecting section 56.
