PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compressed-gas supply system which is compact and has good maintainability in order to overcome problems of a large installment space and poor maintainability due to the equipment with compressors separately dedicated to respective kinds of compressed gas and piping, valves and instrumentation control systems accompanying them in a compressed-gas supply system for supplying compressed gas such as dry compressed air, compressed air and nitrogen gas to load in a nuclear power generation plant. SOLUTION: Compressors 15a, 15b and 15c are used as equipment shared among an instrumentation air system A, a service air system B and a nitrogen gas supply system C, and the compressed-gas supply system and the shared compressors 15a, 15b and 15c are connected by a confluence pipe 16. The operation of the compressors 15a, 15b and 15c is controlled in response to changes in loads 9, 10 and 11 by measuring the pressure inside a buffer tank 17 placed somewhere in the confluence pipe 16 or the pressure in the pipe 16.
