PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a caulking nut part to be manufactured at low cost and the fitting structure thereof capable of surely fixing a fitting member and the nut part for fixation with the simple structure. SOLUTION: This caulking nut part has a cylindrical main body 13, a female screw 14 formed in the inner peripheral surface of the main body 13, and a triangle wave-like irregular part 16 constantly formed in a screw direction of the female screw 14 in the outside surface of the main body 13. The main body 13 has outer diameter a little larger than that of a through hole 18 of a body 1 of equipment as a fitting member, and fitted to the through hole 18 by caulking. Peripheral edge of the through hole 18 of the body 1 of equipment is plastic-deformed to bite the irregular part 16, and the main body 13 is thereby fixed. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
