PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive insert improving workability by reducing connection work and bonding parts of an earth wire in attaining equipotential bonding. SOLUTION: The insert 31 mounted passing through a hole bored in a deck plate 1 to support an instrument 5 by a through tip part projected on the lower face side of the deck plate 1 is provided with a base shaft formed with an outer diameter smaller than the inner diameter of the hole; a press-in cylinder fixedly provided at the tip part outer periphery of the base shaft, with the rear part formed with an outer diameter larger than the inner diameter of the hole and elastically deformable into the outer diameter smaller than the inner diameter of the hole; and an elastic pressure welding member and a seat plate fixed to the base shaft and brought into pressure contact with the deck plate 1 to clamp the deck plate 1 together with the rear part of the press-in cylinder which passed through the hole.
